Phase I features five levels of lab/office space, with levels 1-3 providing 20,000 SF per level and levels 4-5 offering 15,000 SF per level, resulting in a total building size of 91,000 SF.
Phase II consists of five levels of lab/classroom space, each providing 16,000 SF per level, with a total building size of 80,000 SF.
